It doesn’t always have to be paper…

In recent years, through significant advancement and experience in the field of UV printing processes and technologies, we have become a leading supplier in the national and international market of synthetic prints.

The conventional offset printing on synthetic materials usually requires considerable time and effort. The reasons therefore being durability, quality, surface refinement, lengthy drying time as well as the overall time factor.

Our innovative printing techniques and modern technologies guarantee the production of top notch offset-quality printing, on various non-absorbent printing materials.

In comparison to paper, the production requirements of synthetics are considerably higher, due to the fact that these products must be suitable for both interior and exterior environments. Factors such as light resistance, chemicals and detergents, or even mechanical influences, complicate the process even further.

This is a selection of our synthetic products:

  • Stickers (one-sided, double-sided or transparent)
  • Menus
  • Lenticular products (3D, flip and morphing images)
  • Portfolios
  • Price tags
  • Envelopes
  • Covers
  • Brochures
  • Educational tools
  • Wobblers
  • Packaging
  • Rulers
  • Mouse pads
  • Plastic cards (personalization optional; without coding, chips or magnet strips)
  • Overhead transparencies
  • Displays
  • Light box foils, etc.

It doesn’t have to be on paper…

These products can be seen on a daily basis, utilized in a wide range of environments. Therefore, we take utmost care in our production, ensuring exceptional quality for you and your clients. To guarantee that the color quality is retained on surfaces where offset printing can be complicated, we use special UV-ink that ensures lasting adhesion on a diverse range of substrates.

Transparent or semi-transparent materials are produced based upon your exact specifications and needs, using white-opaque inline printing, which minimizes the amount of light or subsurface shining through. When 100 % opacity is required, we have to resort to the traditional technique of screen printing due to the layer density.

This is a selection of our favored synthetic materials:

  • Polypropylene (eco-friendly plastic in white, transparent or opaque)
  • Solid PVC (white, transparent or opaque)
  • Soft PVC
  • Adhesive foil (white or transparent with a variety of adhesives for different applications)
  • A-PET
  • G-PET
  • Polyester
  • Lenticular foils etc.

These materials are available and printable from 0.04 to 0.8 mm.

The maximum sheet format for this application is 600x740 mm and the resulting maximum printable area is 580x720 mm.

We are happy to provide you with samples and suggestions for the implementation of your ideas.
